Personally, this is one of my favorite must have series. Author Chloe Neill has developed a vampire series all of her own filled with bloody angst, love, and war in a time in life where vampires and other beings are being turned on by humans while filled with their own inner world of turmoil. What Merit and Ethan as vampires bring to the genre is just such a dynamic relationship that never quite makes itself whole, but always under duress continues to pull the pair along in a riveting read throughout the series.
Have no read this one yet? Pick it up, you are fortunate because there is a lot to begin with 7 books prior. Otherwise we readers who are fervent for this release day are waiting not so patiently for 8.6.2013.
