My Review:
I have to say this first. It has been a while since I sat day and really had a fabulous Science Fiction feeling book, and GLOW was absolutely astounding!
Ryan has created a future has sent people into a stars to create a New Earth, since of course the old one when to hell-o hot guys on board, but wait... creepy adult dudes.
We come into GLOW as we are sitting in the agricultural area of the ship, the ship sounds not as aesthetically pleasing as some futuristic ships have been thought up to be, but hey they can grow their own food.

Withing the first ten pages we get the feeling that there is something happening behind the scenes in the ship, that all is not right on board.
Our main character view points in this novel circle around a pair of teens named Waverly and Kieran, both have great destiny's ahead of them and a future together. What is in store for them will test their faith, their love, their character, their survival, bodies and minds, and their ship.
There are secrets on board their ship the Empyrean, and the arrival of it's sister ship the New Horizon will set in motion huge changes for our characters.

What I loved about this book was that it took this future reality in the stars and centered it around people strive to live, to prosper, to create life and to continue in their future. This novel tests the characters love and their innocence. Turning from a sheltered life, the world of GLOW is getting expanded to new horizons, it is getting challenged not only by adults, but also peers.
There is such drive, such sorrow, so many choices, conditions, complications, and consequences. GLOW takes us into the universe through the eyes of two people and the devastating consequences choice plays in our hands.

I was blown away by GLOW, it was breathtaking to read and kept me on the edge of the seat unable to put it down. I kept having to know what happened.

Let GLOW take you to a while new universe.

Book Blurb:

If a violent battle destroyed the only world you’ve ever known, would you be brave enough to save who was left? Would love be strong enough to survive the fight? Either way, there’s no turning back.

The Empyrean is the only home 15-year-old Waverly has ever known. Part of the first generation to be successfully conceived in deep space, she and her boyfriend Kieran will be pioneers of New Earth. Waverly knows she must marry young in order to have children who can carry on the mission, and Kieran, the handsome captain-to-be, has everything Waverly could want in a husband. Everyone is sure he’s the best choice. Still, there’s a part of Waverly that wants more from life than marriage, and she is secretly intrigued by the shy, darkly brilliant Seth.

Suddenly, Waverly’s dreams are interrupted by the inconceivable – a violent betrayal by the Empyrean's sister ship, the New Horizon. The New Horizon’s leaders are desperate to populate the new planet first, and will do anything to get what they need: young girls. In one pivotal moment, Waverly and Kieran are separated, and find themselves at the helm of dangerous missions, where every move has potentially devastating consequences, and decisions of the heart may lead to disaster.

Pulse-pounding and addictive, GLOW begins the most riveting series since The Hunger Games.
