Review: Spy Glass by Maria Snyder

Spy GlassSpy Glass by Maria V. Snyder

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Spy Glass finished up the Glass trilogy by Maria Snyder.

Opal has now lost all her magic and comes up with a whole host of more problems that await her in far reaches of her kingdom. Not only is her blood missing that was drained in the last book, but she is wandering and kind of lost a lot in the book trying to find a new place/meaning for herself.

From adopting some kids, to getting kidnapped and almost married to a mass polygamist, Opal has some hard times happening in the book. Kade is busy, and Devlin is available, and so are a lot of other guys who want more than to just get into her pantaloons.

I really enjoyed this book. I was surprised on her pick of marriageable man, and I am glad she grew as a character and survived all the struggles in the book. Finding herself able to work glass again was a plus and kicking some arse was fantastic.

Overall it was a good end to a trilogy and in that last book so many turns were taken and the plots thickened.

So grab a copy and have to it.
