This book was a good interesting look at the modern world (many pop references) and how the Supernatural was all around us. The main character Jane, never knew there was such being around until one day they introduce themselves and she find them all around. One thing I liked is that this book wasn't just mainly focused on one group like say vampires or weres, or fairies. It had some good humor and also it showed a bit about a lot of beings, I also enjoyed the internal thoughts of Jane. her comparison to her life with movies and music was, different. I cannot wait for the next book to see what happens.
