Ari Marmell has packed a punch in

pushed and tested almost to her breaking point in this poignant return to the
world of Davillion and the host of gods and characters that inhabit it. Marmell
has wrapped a heartbreaking struggle of one character against her past and her
world, and just as everything turns to the worst, but she finds a shred of hope
and wonder all is lost again. With a complex storyline developing throughout
the book and lies and deceit rampant throughout, False Covenant will
astound readers into this fantastical new world as much as Thief’s Covenant captured
us in the first place. Widdershins is an exceptional heroine that will strike
at readers with her heart and compassion for even some of the worst kinds of
people, while also still trying to maintain her priorities. This is a not to be
missed series that will keep readers intrigued and emotional caught up with the
stories being unraveled throughout the books.

Sounds like a great series. A bit of an odd cover with the slant, but it peaks my interest!
